CsiMortgage.com operates a prospective customer database (the "Service"), by which it compiles, sorts and sells contact information to businesses on behalf of individual consumers who have shown an interest in applying for a business product or service and have affirmatively asked to be contacted by a representative of a product or service business. Company utilizes third party vendors, third party affiliates, and a variety of media advertisements to promote the Site to consumers interested in completing an online application at our Site, or to supplement our database by purchasing their database of consumers who have completed applications on websites other than Company's and have affirmatively requested receipt of information about product or service offerings similar to those offered on Company's Site.

We want consumers to feel comfortable using the Site and participating in the Service, so we have created this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we may collect from you on the Site and through the Service and how we may use that information. There are several areas on CsiMortgage.com where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating Lenders, real estate professionals, insurance agents or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. We collect and retain information about you to communicate with you, to process your requests for products and services, and to inform you about other financial services that may be of interest to you. Except as explained here in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell nonpublic personal information about current or former customers, nor do we share this type of information with anyone other than our affiliates.

We are the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The Company collects information through the Site from our prospective and existing clients at several different points on our web sites. We use their contact information to send information about our company and to services existing accounts.

When you visit a Site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. This cookie merely stores a limited amount of information about your site visit. The cookie merely tracks aggregate information on how our site is being used, including session counts, navigation patterns, pages visited, etc. These cookies, however, do not store any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, etc. as you browse the Site. These cookies cannot be related to you as an individual unless you complete a loan or realty request.

When you complete a loan or realty request, we store your cookie identification in our system. If you request that we remember you during a loan or realty request, we use this cookie to allow our Site to recognize you when you return.

We also utilize Web Logs to track aggregate information about how our Site is being used. Web Logs track anonymous user information, including the number of visitors to our Site, operating systems, Internet Provider addresses (if publicly available), and browser type. Unlike cookies, Web Logs are maintained only on our servers and do not store or place anything on the user's computer.

We may use the personal information that you supply to us and work with other third party businesses to bring selected retail opportunities to our members via direct mail, email and telemarketing. These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation and email marketing.

Contact and Financial information that is collected is used for verifying your name, address and other information. Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected and may be shared in aggregate with third parties whose services are used for traffic analysis purposes. This information includes: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is not tied to personally identifiable information. This information is used by Company to maintain and improve the quality of the service and to generate statistics regarding use of the Site.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age.

OPT-OUT: Our Site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners. This Site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. In addition, we require all outside firms and agencies we hire to help us with any part of our business, including servicing and data processing, and all companies with which we enter into joint marketing agreements, to maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to comply with all applicable laws.

Company and all participating professional partners do not guarantee a response to your application for a free insurance or mortgage analysis. The user is further advised that nothing in the Site constitutes an offer, promise or otherwise, either to make a specific loan to you or that any participating lender or mortgage broker will make any loan for any purpose or on any specific terms. All loan or insurance related decisions are made by the participating professional partners companies in the course of their normal business and any applicable offerings are made to qualified applicants in separate documents which are required by applicable state and federal laws of the United States of America. You acknowledge and agree that Company and its participating professional partners shall not be liable or responsible should confidential information belonging to the user be intercepted and subsequently used by an unintended recipient.

We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Agreement. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances as required by law, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
